Senior Tax Operations Analyst

Own tax operations for Robinhood’s equities and crypto purchase/sale reporting and compliance. Execute exception reports covering reporting, withholding, and cost basis, and support Customer Experience and Account Ops with tax-related inquiries. Help reconcile and verify data between internal systems, vendors, and IRS submissions, while building dashboards to monitor workflows and improve customer outcomes. Collaborate across product, project, and engineering teams on tax-related initiatives.
