•Manage, coach, and develop manufacturing employees and foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
•Monitor production schedules and optimize workflow to meet customer commitments and operational objectives.
•Drive quality compliance by ensuring manufacturing processes, documentation, and products meet established standards and regulatory requirements.
•Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Materials, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Logistics) to resolve production issues and minimize disruptions.

Key Requirements

•A university degree (or equivalent) and 5+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years of experience.

•U.S. citizenship is required (only U.S. citizens are authorized under the program/contract).
•Experience driving continuous improvement using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
•Experience supporting automation, digital transformation, or smart manufacturing initiatives.
