  • •Provide leadership and technical expertise for residential solar removal and reinstallation crews (2 to 3 members).
  • •Safely lead electrical removal/reinstallation work, including interconnecting the solar array to the grid.
  • •Train, organize, and lead crew members to complete projects within established guidelines and timeframes.
  • •Check installer progress hourly and follow construction job flow procedures to drive quality and productivity.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma is required.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience, including 1 year of solar installation experience.
  • •Valid state or local Electrical Journeyman certification or license (preferred; may be required depending on state).
  • •Experience wiring up to 600 VDC and 480 VAC and ability to perform all installer duties.
  • •CPR and First Aid certifications up to date; clean driving record and ability to pass a driving background check.
