Oversee administrative, maintenance, logistics, quality, financial, and safety operations; lead customer and government relationship management; and manage people, training, and personnel actions while maintaining a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage all site activities and oversee execution of site operations to complete projects safely and on time.
•Control and conduct administrative, maintenance, logistics, quality, financial, and safety operations to meet or exceed contractual requirements and budget goals.
•Establish financial controls, manage budget-related matters, and identify cost-saving initiatives.
•Serve as primary interface and point of contact with COR, Air Force representatives, and local government authorities.
•Lead people-management activities including interviews, employee selection, personnel actions, training/certification requirements, morale, and safety reviews.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•U.S. citizen with a valid drivers license.
•Secret clearance or ability to obtain (preference given to those with clearance).
•Ten (10) years of aircraft maintenance supervisory experience.
•Analytical abilities to handle complex administrative, organizational, and aircraft maintenance matters.
•Ability to work in both an office setting as well as aircraft maintenance, and read/write/speak/understand English.
