Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee onsite, hybrid, and virtual event production operations, including day-to-day coordination, scheduling, and execution.
  • •Manage and develop the onsite production support team; act as the primary onsite escalation point for operational and technical issues.
  • •Collaborate with client Live Event teams and stakeholders on production approach, technical workflows, and operational planning.
  • •Maintain and troubleshoot studio and event facility capabilities while coordinating equipment rentals, supplemental resources, and third-party support.
  • •Run production coordination activities such as meetings, post-event reviews, operational reporting, and technical troubleshooting during live events.

Key Requirements

  • •Very good language skills in English and German.
  • •7+ years of experience in live event production, event coordination, broadcast operations, audio/visual production, streaming support, or similar production environments.
  • •3+ years of experience leading, mentoring, and developing production/operational support teams in onsite, virtual, and hybrid environments, including scheduling and resource coordination.
  • •Strong technical understanding of live event production systems, broadcast workflows, audio/visual technologies, streaming platforms, and hybrid event environments.
  • •Familiarity with enterprise event and collaboration platforms including Microsoft Teams and Zoom, plus related production support workflows.
