Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze machines utilization and improve/ensure quality output.
  • •Maintain overall production efficiencies for assigned workstations.
  • •Follow safety procedures and promptly report identified hazards to support a safe work environment.
  • •Work with Equipment engineers to strengthen and maintain equipment availability to meet product requirements.
  • •Use AI-assisted tools and insights to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, and identify/test/share AI-enabled enhancements within scope.

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Engineering or equivalent working experience.
  • •Experience in semiconductor manufacturing is an added advantage.
  • •Self-motivated and results-oriented with a growth mindset.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • •Able to work 12-hour shifts (including night shift) and use AI-enabled tools responsibly for research, analysis, and operational tasks.
