Sales Associate

Serve as the first point of contact in a Forge & Build store, delivering excellent in-store customer service for walk-ins and incoming calls. Process sales orders, quotes, pricing requests, and apply payments, while assisting with stocking, merchandising, and store cleanliness. Maintain product knowledge, learn the BisTrack system and POS tasks, and refer potential leads to outside sales representatives.
