Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, repair, service, and maintain valves, pipe/pipeline appurtenances, corrosion control protection systems, measurement equipment, and storage well equipment.
  • •Maintain and perform upkeep on pipelines, pipeline right-of-way, and facilities (including excavating, repairing, coating, backfilling, concrete work, painting, and weed control).
  • •Operate and make minor repairs to equipment at compressor stations, pipelines, and process plants (engines, pumps, turbines, motors, cooling equipment, dehydration/process equipment, and related instruments).
  • •Represent the company in contacts with landowners/tenants, public officials/emergency officials, and at local meetings; oversee construction and/or maintenance by third parties.
  • •Perform governmental compliance and safety/environment activities (DOT, state agencies, EPA, USFS), identify/report/correct safety and environmental concerns, and complete documentation/record keeping.

Key Requirements

  • •High school degree or equivalent.
  • •Basic computer skills (MS Office, operating systems, and other company software).
  • •Basic math skills and knowledge of operating costs and best practices for the equipment in your area of responsibility.
  • •Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record; may be required to obtain and maintain site/job-specific certifications.
  • •Ability to respond to callouts and emergencies, including after-hours, and to organize/plan/prioritize and complete work with minimal supervision.
