Key Responsibilities

  • •Recruit, lead, and manage Hearing Care Coordinators, including hiring and ongoing performance management.
  • •Observe, explain, and coach coordinators on scheduled evaluations and capacity/demand efforts; address performance issues with coaching and annual appraisals.
  • •Review regional collections/transactions accuracy and supervise clinic inventory control and insurance benefit check processes.
  • •Provide comprehensive training and mentoring partnerships beyond onboarding; facilitate onboarding and ongoing support for new coordinators.
  • •Drive KPI performance through local events/marketing training, calendar/capacity management with dashboards, and ROI assessments for partnerships and events.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 75,000 - 85,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years in a health care environment (preferred).
  • •Previous customer service experience is required.
  • •Previous management and training experience are preferred.
  • •Prior knowledge/experience with hearing aids is a plus.
  • •Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and professional verbal/written communication; strong relationship-building skills.
