Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and support SAP HCM/HR ABAP solutions.

  • •5+ years of hands-on SAP HCM and ABAP development experience.
  • •Strong expertise in HR ABAP development, including payroll processes, custom enhancements, interfaces, and SAP HCM module development.
  • •Experience designing and developing SAP HCM solutions (Infotypes, Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management, and Payroll).
  • •Ability to develop and enhance reports, interfaces, conversion programs, enhancements, User/Customer exits, BADIs, and BAPIs.
  • •Experience troubleshooting, root cause analysis, performance optimization, and participating in code reviews and SAP development standards.
