Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop a clear understanding of customer engagement objectives, scope, and business/technical requirements.
  • •Participate in customer/partner architecture design workshops and provide input as needed.
  • •Create and maintain project technical documents (e.g., HLD/LLD, migration plan, test plan, network implementation plan, as-built guide).
  • •Perform deployment, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of Fortinet security solutions in the customer environment.
  • •Support rollout/migration/go-live, run knowledge transfer sessions, and resolve/escalate issues while minimizing delivery risk and completing required project administration.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years’ experience in LAN/WAN/Internet consulting, support and/or administration.
  • •6+ years’ experience with Network Security Products.
  • •Expertise in NGFW and at least 2 technologies: Email Security, Advanced Thread Protection, Endpoint Security, Application Security, Web Application Firewall, Network Security Management, SIEM, Network Virtualization, Software Defined Networks (SDN), and/or other cloud-based security technologies.
  • •Very good presentation and technical documentation skills with structured troubleshooting/problem solving.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or management discipline and/or equivalent extensive work-related experience.
