Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead horizontal programs that scale safety vendor operations by identifying friction and rolling out standardized processes and playbooks.
  • •Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to translate goals into workflows, SLAs, and measurable success metrics.
  • •Identify and implement automation opportunities, including agentic and LLM-based solutions to reduce toil and increase consistency.
  • •Build and maintain reporting and trend analyses from operational datasets for program-health metrics.
  • •Draft and deliver communications to senior leadership, synthesizing program status, risks, and recommendations; coordinate changes across vendor operations, tooling, and cross-functional partners.

Salary: USD 144,620 - 174,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of program and/or project management experience, ideally in operations, vendor management, or trust & safety environments.
  • •A programmatic, systems-level mindset with ability to identify reusable processes and drive adoption across teams.
  • •Hands-on experience automating manual/repetitive processes, including leveraging LLMs for agentic solutions and familiarity with basic ML concepts.
  • •Experience with vendor relationship management, including SLAs, performance reviews, escalations, and partnering to improve delivery.
  • •High proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and data fluency to turn large datasets into reports and recommendations.
