  • •Oversee day-to-day Inspection Center operations.
  • •Mentor and manage direct reports, including performance management and succession planning.

  • •Maintain training and certification processes for progression paths; train and mentor leads and associates with competency-based feedback.
  • •Lead problem solving and continuous improvement while ensuring health and safety and loss prevention compliance and meeting quality/production/cost performance metrics.
