Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee owner-side technical leadership across hospitality assets, including hotel handovers, commissioning, defects management, warranties, and operational readiness.
  • •Monitor and review operator engineering performance, maintenance compliance, equipment uptime, and critical asset condition; support resolution of complex technical issues.
  • •Review and challenge Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM) strategies and ensure technical governance, compliance performance, and backlog/corrective maintenance trend management.
  • •Lead owner-side review of annual POMEC submissions and capital expenditure requests, including lifecycle replacement cycles and long-term capital planning.
  • •Set technical standards across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire and life safety, and other building systems; support sustainability initiatives and conduct technical due diligence and audits.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Facilities Management, or related discipline.
  • •Minimum 15 years of professional experience.
  • •Minimum 10 years in hospitality engineering, hotel technical services, facilities management, or asset management.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading hotel handovers, commissioning reviews, operational readiness, and defect management.
  • •Proven experience reviewing PPM programs, maintenance strategies, and technical governance frameworks; strong POMEC/lifecycle asset management and CAPEX evaluation knowledge.
