Key Responsibilities

•Drive development, optimization, and scaling of Native Performance capabilities within the Amplify platform.
•Orchestrate AI and automation features such as automated campaign creation, dynamic recommendations, and predictive performance alerts.
•Own and manage the Native Performance roadmap and agile feature backlog, including milestones, dependencies, and delivery risks.
•Translate needs into product requirements, user stories, and functional specifications for development teams.
•Lead agile ceremonies and coordinate worldwide feature rollouts with product marketing and campaign management teams, tracking adoption and outcomes.

Key Requirements

•3–5 years of product management experience in AdTech, digital advertising, or a high-growth platform environment.
•Solid understanding of native advertising formats and performance marketing metrics (CPA, CPC, ROI) plus campaign management workflows.
•Proven track record translating business objectives into platform solutions and shipping impactful product features.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, using data to drive roadmap prioritization and product decisions.
•Fluent written and verbal communication in English, with the right to work in Israel without future visa sponsorship requirements.
