Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide high standards of customer service, ensuring customers feel welcomed and courtesously served.
  • •Achieve sales by offering product information, styling guidance, and outfit recommendations, and communicating promotions to customers.
  • •Maintain merchandise according to seasonal guidelines and food planograms, and develop product knowledge through training and briefings.
  • •Ensure accurate stock movement administration (e.g., delivery checks and stock transfers), count merchandise, and report shortages promptly.
  • •Operate tills correctly and be vigilant about pilferage, while adhering to health and safety and maintaining a safe, hygienic environment.
