Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead qualification, assessment, and selection of program-specific suppliers, including evaluation of capabilities, performance history, and flow-down requirements.
  • •Oversee independent supplier quality and technical performance assessments to ensure delivery of known-good parts and services.
  • •Implement and sustain APQP and statistical process control methodologies across the supply base.
  • •Drive supplier execution strategies with cross-functional partners and lead Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) for systemic or high-risk issues.
  • •Develop, mentor, and grow a diverse team; serve as a senior interface with supplier executives, customers, and stakeholders while managing technical and quality risks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with minimum 14 years of relevant experience (or advanced degree with minimum 12 years).
  • •14+ years applying APQP, statistical process controls, RCCA, and other quality methodologies.
  • •Relevant experience in supplier quality, manufacturing engineering, operations, or other engineering fields.
  • •Experience leading and mentoring technical teams in aerospace and defense or similarly complex industries.
  • •U.S. citizenship is required for access to information under the program/contract.
