Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead production areas to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People objectives.
  • •Develop and execute daily, weekly and monthly production strategies, ensuring KPI achievement including OEE, Yield, Labor Productivity, Waste and Service Level.
  • •Own production performance reviews and drive sustainable improvements, including escalation management and production continuity during disruptions.
  • •Lead, coach and develop Production engineers, Supervisors and frontline leaders, including succession planning and talent development.
  • •Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, QRMP and company standards; lead KHMS implementation; drive Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Continuous Improvement, PDCA discipline, and corrective/preventive actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Food, Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial or related disciplines).
  • •Minimum 3 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
  • •Experience in FMCG manufacturing.
  • •Previous people management experience preferred.
  • •Experience with Lean/TPM/Continuous Improvement and cross-functional improvement projects.
