•Create and update knowledge documents and operational procedures for end users.
•Ensure owned tickets are updated regularly and tracked to resolution.
•Represent MSI technically when interfacing with customers and in internal discussions on fault investigation and network optimization.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•5+ years of relevant experience
•High School degree
•Fluent in English and Norwegian (written and spoken)
•Driving licence
•Security clearance at KONFIDENSIELT (CONFIDENTIAL) level before accession; Authorisation: BEGRENSET (RESTRICTED)
