Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide 2nd Line technical support to the NOC relating to alarms and customer reports of poor coverage.
  • •Work alongside FM Radio resources to resolve issues and optimize the network.
  • •Create and update knowledge documents and operational procedures for end users.
  • •Ensure owned tickets are updated regularly and tracked to resolution.
  • •Represent MSI technically when interfacing with customers and in internal discussions on fault investigation and network optimization.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant experience
  • •High School degree
  • •Fluent in English and Norwegian (written and spoken)
  • •Driving licence
  • •Security clearance at KONFIDENSIELT (CONFIDENTIAL) level before accession; Authorisation: BEGRENSET (RESTRICTED)
