Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform cash and asset reconciliation for a portfolio of CDO/CLO transactions.
  • •Generate accurate daily cash reports reconciling asset payments and receivables on an actual vs expected basis.
  • •Investigate and resolve exceptions/discrepancies, including transactional and portfolio-related issues.
  • •Process broadly syndicated loan trades from ticket stage through settlement/payment request, including oversight of automated settlement processes.
  • •Settle loan and bond transactions on the internal compliance system (CDO Suite) and reconcile cash/asset balances to support monthly investor reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •1–2 years’ experience in financial services, particularly cash reconciliations/settlements and client engagement (or a relatable Operations Analyst role).
  • •Open to recent graduates with relatable internship experience.
  • •Preferably knowledge of fixed income, debt, loans, or derivatives, with interest in the CLO market (CLO experience/theoretical knowledge beneficial).
  • •Strong numeracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work to tight deadlines with a heavy and varied workload.
  • •Ability to communicate clearly (verbal and written), build relationships, and interpret Indenture/Credit Agreement materials is preferred.
