Key Responsibilities

  • •Work as a key team member on day-to-day financial restructuring and insolvency engagements, including managing junior staff.
  • •Produce high-quality deliverables within planned timescales and apply understanding of engagement economics, risk, and quality management.
  • •Support and contribute to client presentations, pitches, and deliver client service through distinctive client relationship management.
  • •Provide guidance and support to team members to create an inclusive environment, including timely feedback and development opportunities (mentoring/buddying and supervising).
  • •Start owning elements of business development and proactively contribute by building networks, supporting sector/marketing key account initiatives, and assisting with research and event-related work.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong academic background at degree level.
  • •Qualified CA, or committed to completing the CA program.
  • •Analytical with strong IT skills (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • •Knowledge of Restructuring Services/Insolvency or strong transferrable skills from a client-facing professional services role (e.g., corporate audit).
  • •Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with willingness to work under pressure and sometimes long hours with the client at the centre.
