Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a point of contact for branch Profit Protection issues and escalate as required.
  • •Investigate trends and report key themes regarding shrinkage to protect profits.
  • •Manage shrinkage performance within budget and risk appetite, addressing external/internal dishonesty and procedural errors.
  • •Patrol the shop floor to deter potential theft and monitor CCTV for suspicious behaviour.
  • •De-escalate conflict situations professionally, including detaining or banning individuals where necessary, and support investigations.

Salary: GBP 29,000 - 41,000 annually
