Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform DCO procedures including break-and-fix repairs, host-level decommissions, server rack decommissions, media removal, media destruction, and first responder duties.
  • •Troubleshoot hardware issues using SOPs and available documentation; escalate when actions deviate from procedures.
  • •Operate across DCO process paths to select the correct task/procedure to achieve desired outcomes.
  • •Communicate and collaborate via tickets, SIMs, task tracking entries, and write-ups; present work to leaders.
  • •Adhere to DC safety protocols during red zone and floor operations; support safety inspections and maintain site compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •UAE National Only with a valid family book.
  • •Experience in data center or other critical environment.
  • •Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair.
  • •Experience in computer networking.
  • •High school or equivalent diploma.
