Key Responsibilities

•Support R&D engineers with development and testing of golf products
•Assemble golf clubs to support ongoing R&D tests and Marketing for VIP guests
•Measure physical properties of golf clubs (head loft/lie, CG, MOI, CT) to quantify performance and tool quality
•Operate test equipment (robots, launch monitors, air cannons, 3D scanners, shaft measurement machines) to determine performance and durability
•Train and mentor Junior Technicians, Interns, and R&D Engineers

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 24.9 - 33.13 hourly

Key Requirements

•5+ years experience in a testing lab environment (preferably golf)
•Excellent communication and presentation skills
•Results oriented with strong follow-through and organizational skills
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) in an office or lab setting
•High school degree required (college degree preferred)
