Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand how security and privacy capabilities across major cloud platforms implement security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO, CSA CCM, SOC 2).
  • •Build scalable data center and hyperscaler processes and documentation systems for expanding to new geographies and compliance frameworks.
  • •Assess and mitigate security and operational risks, implementing corrective actions and managing vendor compliance.
  • •Coordinate engagements with independent assessors to earn security and privacy certifications and attestations for customers and regulatory obligations.
  • •Write, update, and enact policies for security, privacy, and AI safety, and maintain security controls through audit readiness and recordkeeping.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of progressive experience in audit and compliance roles, with direct ownership of certification/attestation or security compliance implementation projects.
  • •Experience in cloud-native environments and knowledge of security and privacy for multi-cloud and hybrid architectures.
  • •Ability to translate complex compliance requirements into actionable workstreams for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • •Experience integrating common controls frameworks or GRC systems that scaled with organizational growth.
  • •Ability to write clear security and privacy documentation for external and internal audiences.
