Key Responsibilities

•Greet guests, scan tickets on entry, answer questions, and assist with locating seats during the event.
•Maintain a safe, clean, and presentable venue for guests.
•Resolve guest complaints or problems and examine tickets/passes to verify authenticity.
•Assist guests with special needs, including seat accommodations, and guide guests to exits during emergencies.
•Participate in venue recycling and sustainability efforts and help close the venue at the end of show (as needed).

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
•At least 1+ year in a guest service role (preferred).
•Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
•Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
•Ability to perform the physical requirements: constant walking, climbing stairs, and occasional sitting, lifting, and carrying 25 lbs.+.
