Bancorp Security Operations Center Agent II 3pm-11:30pm

Respond to Business Security Operations Center communication requests and alarm signals in a central station environment, executing life safety processes under supervision. Handle emergency and non-emergency inbound calls (e.g., workplace violence, bank robbery, medical emergencies) and make outgoing calls to dispatch appropriate authorities. Operate BSOC equipment and peripheral systems, interact with internal and external customers by phone, email, and in person, and help ensure customer-focused risk awareness and reporting.
