Design, develop, and deploy production-grade generative AI and agentic solutions in enterprise environments using Microsoft technologies. Lead end-to-end delivery from discovery through implementation, deployment, and handover, making technical architecture decisions for scalability, reliability, security, and cost. Build agentic workflows with LLMs, evaluation frameworks, and observability/governance, while supporting pre-sales and mentoring junior team members in agile delivery.
