Job Summary

Drive design-for-manufacturability for new ultrasound system production lines. Partner with R&D to optimize manufacturability and assembly, support the production floor with root cause analysis and yield/nonconformance resolution, and lead Lean-based cost reduction and continuous improvement. Own manufacturing release documentation, including DfX, PFMEA, process validation, and control plans, while coordinating across engineering teams to deliver customer requirements.

•Provide technical support and root cause analysis to resolve production floor issues, including yield challenges and nonconforming product.
•Identify, analyze, and implement cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies.
•Collaborate across engineering teams through the development lifecycle to ensure customer requirements are met.
•Lead creation and maintenance of production release documentation (DfX, PFMEA, process validation, manufacturing control plans, and work instructions).

•Knowledge of statistical methods including Process Capability, SPC, and trend analysis.
•Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team leadership skills.
