Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide engineering expertise to improve plant safety, productivity, scrap reduction, quality, and new product development.
  • •Lead project planning, communication, and execution to meet time, cost, and results targets.
  • •Develop bid/technical specifications and work with corporate procurement to award contracts for manufacturing equipment and construction.
  • •Develop project schedules, oversee installations, and follow Management of Change processes to implement projects.
  • •Create and maintain drawings, programs, documentation, and operational procedures; hold progress meetings and mentor maintenance and operations personnel.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science degree in engineering required; mechanical or electrical engineering preferred.
  • •3 years of experience in industrial manufacturing environments.
  • •Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities.
  • •Problem-solving and decision analysis skills, with strong communication abilities (verbal and written).
  • •Strong organization and computer skills, including MS Office and MS Project (plus AutoCAD experience, or ability to learn within 6 months).
