Job Summary

Own the operational backbone of a global datacenter program by managing a centralized portfolio of projects, tracking capacity deployments, schedules, milestones, risks, and dependencies. Lead datacenter contract and supplier lifecycle management, including negotiations, commercial terms, renewals, and documentation. Partner across Engineering, Infrastructure, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and Accounting to run budgets, payment workflows, governance reviews, risk registers, and executive reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the centralized portfolio of global datacenter projects, including capacity deployments, schedules, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
•Develop executive dashboards and portfolio health reporting and coordinate planning across Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain.
•Own datacenter contract lifecycle management, including negotiations with Legal and Procurement and tracking commercial terms, renewals, amendments, and obligations.
•Manage strategic vendor relationships (colocation, construction, power/utilities, network, equipment, and professional services) and track performance against SLAs and KPIs.
•Run financial and program operations including purchase commitments, invoice approvals and payment workflows, spend monitoring, governance reviews, risk registers, and reporting automation.

Key Requirements

•8+ years managing complex infrastructure, construction, or technology programs.
•Experience managing large vendor portfolios and strategic supplier relationships.
•Strong contract administration and lifecycle management experience for datacenter agreements.
•Own budget ownership (with $10M+ preferred) and partner with Finance for forecasting and budget management.
•Outstanding project management, communication, and executive presentation skills across technical organizations.
