Key Responsibilities

  • •Transform complex, unstructured legal and people data into actionable insights and support exploratory data analysis and operational reporting.
  • •Own accurate, timely management of sensitive legal data in case management and related systems, including Salesforce, eBilling, Workday, and DocuSign.
  • •Maintain, analyze, and report on data across workstreams such as external legal matters, compliance programs, employee transitions, and legal operations activities.
  • •Partner with the Operations Manager to diagram, analyze, and evaluate data processes, identify trends and bottlenecks, and recommend operating efficiencies.
  • •Serve as a data liaison for external compliance vendors by managing data flows and validating inputs for mandatory federal, state, and global regulatory filings.

Key Requirements

  • •BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
  • •3+ years of experience in data, metrics, analytics, reporting, or equivalent experience in roles of increasing complexity or scope.
