Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspect and measure components/assemblies to ensure conformance to drawings and contractual requirements.
  • •Conduct first article reports and monitor statistical process control data (advantageous).
  • •Investigate non-conformance and support quality investigations using measuring equipment and the NCR process.
  • •Operate and coordinate measurement machines/specialized inspection equipment (advantageous).
  • •Maintain safe work practices, housekeeping, accurate inspection records, and provide inspection coverage upon request.

Key Requirements

  • •Complete an apprenticeship or have 3 years’ experience working within a manufacturing environment.
  • •Working knowledge of ISO9001/EN9100 (AS9100D).
  • •Ability to read and interpret drawings, component maintenance manuals and standards.
  • •Aerospace industry experience required.
  • •Knowledge of CAA Part 21 (regulatory) is required; EASA145 knowledge is advantageous.
