Job Summary

Serve as the technical bridge between sales and pre-sales customers, guiding selection and deployment of Trend Micro next-gen AI security solutions. Own security architecture leadership, influence customer technical strategy, and provide customer success across onboarding and product experience. Deliver engaging technical demos, design solutions to solve customer problems, and train both customers and channel partners. Stay current on products and technologies and partner with product and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Bridge sales and pre-sales customers by guiding solution selection and deployment of Trend Micro products.
•Provide security architecture leadership and help influence customers’ technical strategy based on needs and risks.
•Deliver engaging technical demonstrations and present complex technical issues in an accessible way.
•Design solutions that solve customer problems and maintain customer success through onboarding and product experience.
•Train and support customers and channel/partners, including routine updates on new products and technologies.

Key Requirements

•Experience delivering high-quality pre-sales support and solutions with customer value.
•Strong knowledge of SOC operations, security analytics, and cloud-native application security concepts.
•Understanding of SASE, CASB, and the Zero Trust model.
•Knowledge of Microsoft O365, Azure, Google, and AWS services.
•Good written and spoken communication skills in English, with strong problem-solving skills.
