Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify customer needs and recommend/explain appropriate bank products and services using established guidelines and service standards.
  • •Process customer transactional needs and respond to basic and advanced account and transaction inquiries.
  • •Support Financial Center Manager operations as needed by performing Teller, Teller Manager, and Financial Service Representative duties.
  • •Build relationships with community businesses and consumer clients to achieve personal and branch targets for new accounts and teller operations.
  • •Follow safe and sound bank procedures, including compliance with laws, internal controls, operational procedures, risk management policies, and security protocols.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or the equivalent required.
  • •Minimum of one year of experience; specific bank experience preferred.
  • •Notary preferred.
  • •Ability to accurately process transactions and answer customer inquiries about balances, transaction history, service charges, and interest rates.
  • •Willingness to follow safe and sound banking procedures, laws and regulations, internal controls, and risk management policies.
