Job Summary

Design and implement a scalable risk accumulation data model and the ETL pipelines to migrate legacy data sources into a modern Databricks-based platform. Architect data ingestion for underwriting data, build long-running batch jobs, ensure data quality, and collaborate with business and tech teams to deliver reliable, end-to-end data capability for risk reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement the target data model for risk accumulation, covering both location-based catastrophe exposure and non-location-based lines, including full exposure history.
•Architect and develop data ingestion ETL pipelines to migrate data from legacy accumulation data sources into a modern Databricks based platform.
•Integrate underwriting pipeline data (submissions and quotations) into accumulation reports, ensuring current and in-progress risk views are available to stakeholders.
•Build and optimize long-running batch jobs for data transformation, aggregation, and snapshot management using Databricks and Delta Lake.
•Establish data quality frameworks, automated validation checks, and monitoring for all ingested and transformed datasets.
