R&T Lab Scientist

Execute lab activities that support product development, testing, and market competitiveness. Design and set up experiments for new projects, evaluate mechanical and application performance (e.g., Tg, strength, hardness, insulation), and test physical/chemical properties (e.g., viscosity, gel time, pH). Generate and analyze results, benchmark against competitor samples, qualify raw material sources, maintain EHS standards, and support NPIs and customer technical trainings.
