Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute laboratory activities supporting product development, testing, and market competitiveness.
  • •Design and set up experiments for new product development projects.
  • •Evaluate product performance via mechanical and application testing, and physical/chemical property testing.
  • •Generate, analyze, and report test data for new and existing products; benchmark competitor samples.
  • •Qualify new/alternate raw material sources, support NPIs/packaging activities, maintain EHS standards, and conduct customer-facing technical trainings/demonstrations.

Key Requirements

  • •M.Sc, B.Tech, or M.Tech with 4–8 years of experience.
  • •Hands-on experience testing products across coatings, construction, adhesives, electrical, and composites, with strong performance evaluation and application know-how.
  • •Strong knowledge of polymer chemistries, particularly Epoxy, Polyurethane (PU), and Methacrylate systems.
  • •Proficiency using laboratory/analytical equipment including UTM, Impact Strength Tester, Viscometer, Gel Time Tester, DSC, FTIR, and GC.
  • •Effective communication in English (spoken and written); Hindi and local language knowledge is preferred.
