University Recruiting Manager

Lead and grow a team of University Recruiters to own end-to-end intern and new grad hiring. Shape early talent strategy, develop recruiting professionals through mentoring and coaching, and manage reporting and performance. Partner with senior leaders to meet headcount targets, build global diversity strategies with universities and early talent communities, and coordinate cross-functional work across teams like People Operations, Benefits, Onboarding, and Legal to improve candidate experience.
