•Ensure territorial presence at retailers to ensure proper product positioning and staff training.
•Build and maintain relationships with customers, managers, and senior strategy stakeholders.
•Collaborate with internal teams (supply chain, marketing, technical) to ensure operations meet customer needs.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or diploma in business administration, marketing or an equivalent field
•5+ years of sales experience, preferably in construction materials, building products or retail
•Proven experience developing retail channels and managing external partnerships
•Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
•Good command of English (and Italian)
