Job Summary

Join One&Only The Palm resort as Laundry Attendant responsible for cleaning, processing, and presenting linen and guest laundry to the highest standards. You will maintain an organized laundry operation, ensure timely service, operate laundry equipment safely, monitor item quality, and support daily housekeeping while upholding our values of guest care, confidentiality, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

•Process and handle all laundry items, including linens, uniforms, and guest clothing, with care and efficiency
•Sort, wash, dry, press, and fold items according to company standards and fabric requirements
•Ensure all items are clean, well-presented, and delivered in a timely manner
•Operate and maintain laundry equipment safely and efficiently
•Monitor the quality of cleaned items and report any damage or irregularities

Key Requirements

•1–2 years of experience in a luxury 5-star hotel or resort
•Knowledge of laundry operations, fabric care, and hygiene standards
•Detail-oriented and a team player
•Good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage
•Ability to process linen, uniforms and guest laundry to a high standard
