Job Summary

Handle L1 internal and external customer issues for Honeywell Building Automation products, using published documentation and a knowledge base. Record and track all interactions in a CRM, resolve problems, and escalate to L2 specialists or field technicians when needed. Develop FAQs and technical tips, support helpdesk phone/email coverage, and use Salesforce/SFDC knowledge articles to maintain KPIs, VOC, and call performance. Work in a hybrid 3+2 model in Bucharest.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide L1 support for a range of Honeywell Building Automation products, handling customer issues using documentation and knowledge base.
•Record customer interactions in a CRM and maintain KPIs/VOC, including developing FAQs and technical tips/how-to videos.
•Resolve customer issues and provide technical support and client counselling; check product problems and escalate to L2/field when needed.
•Maintain technical knowledge on relevant product portfolios, using SFDC article knowledge base for timely resolutions and handling licensing of customer software tools and panel features.
•Assist with call tracking and phone usage reporting and support SFDC contact/jobsite creation and independent call handling through collaboration with L2 specialists.
