Support key finance and accounting processes through structured training, working with Finance teams to prepare accounting entries and assist with routine month-close tasks. Help prepare standard monthly and quarterly financial reports under supervision, perform basic financial data analysis using spreadsheets, and draft variance commentary. Contribute to ongoing projects and support the preparation or refresh of standard operating procedures while ensuring adherence to company financial policies.
