Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute project procurement activities for tangible goods and services throughout the procure-to-pay cycle based on operational requirements.
  • •Create purchase orders and purchase order amendments, distribute them for approval, and work within DOA approval authorities with escalations as needed.
  • •Maintain accurate ERP data, manage supplier acknowledgements, and update ERP upon receipt of acknowledgements.
  • •Expedite shipments and materials, monitor delivery commitments, communicate potential risks to project schedules, and inform local offices of shipment status.
  • •Coordinate receiving and inspection of goods, administer PO reconciliation and closure, and support resolution of invoice/order deviations and payment escalations.

Key Requirements

  • •Must have a two-year technical or business degree.
  • •Ability to interact and communicate effectively, orally and in writing, with all levels of management.
  • •Demonstrated abilities in ERP-based systems such as JDE, Oracle, SAP (Oracle preferred).
  • •Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
  • •Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data processing, with the ability to analyze scenarios and propose practical solutions.
