Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all aspects of the assigned branch, driving branch performance through leading, coaching, and managing teammates.
  • •Drive business development and branch revenue through small business development, new client strategies, and growth routines including face-to-face appointments and outbound calling.
  • •Promote the Truist brand and develop new business through community involvement, civic/professional/business/community affairs, and associations.
  • •Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, risk management policies, the Truist Code of Ethics, and required team training.
  • •Manage human capital decisions including interviewing, selection, hiring, workforce scheduling, development planning, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training or experience.
  • •4 years of financial services and consumer/small business expertise (or equivalent experience/performance).
  • •2 years of previous Branch Leadership or Management experience.
  • •Strong interpersonal, sales relationship, prioritization skills, with strong written and verbal communication.
  • •Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment, including NMLS background check and new/transfer registration.
