Corporate Actions Analyst I

Process and support securities transactions across settlements, mutual fund settlements, outside trade support, and corporate actions. Verify settlement details, execute new trade instructions when needed, and accurately handle cash movement within deadlines. Research and resolve settlement inquiries, follow up on outstanding settlement issues, and communicate findings with internal teams, vendors, depositories, and other stakeholders. Work within defined risk appetite while consistently identifying, assessing, and reporting risk.
