Job Summary

Lead the execution and continuous improvement of the Workday HCM platform, driving roadmap delivery, operational excellence, and scalable support for HR and Finance. Partner with IT, Finance, and People stakeholders to translate business needs into system solutions, manage backlog and governance, and ensure rigorous performance, data integrity, security, and compliance. Build and develop a high-performing Workday team while partnering with senior HR and business leaders as a thought partner.

Key Responsibilities

•Contribute to and help shape the Workday HCM roadmap with senior leadership, balancing enhancements, technical debt, compliance, and innovation.
•Own end-to-end delivery across HCM modules and integrations, managing backlog intake/prioritization and ensuring operational rigor (performance, data integrity, security, compliance).
•Partner with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into system solutions and influence decisions across competing priorities.
•Establish and maintain governance, release management, and change control processes; identify risks and dependencies and drive resolution.
•Lead and develop the Workday team through coaching, performance management, and continuous improvement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 147,200 - 253,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7-10+ years of experience with Workday HCM, including hands-on configuration across core modules.
•3-5+ years of people leadership experience, leading high-performing techno-functional teams.
•Experience supporting multiple Workday modules (e.g., Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Talent) in a complex environment.
•Proven experience operating in a cross-functional, enterprise environment partnering across HR, Finance, and IT.
•Experience supporting SOX, audit, or other regulated environments.
