Key Responsibilities

•Support and troubleshoot trade and supply chain finance platforms, including Trade360, Trade Point, KTA/TTA, and related applications.
•Manage support requests, investigate issues, and provide solutions via Service Central and business support channels.
•Partner with Operations, Product, and Technology teams to enhance platform performance and user experience.
•Participate in system upgrades, testing, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement projects.
•Support users across multiple regions, including the U.S. and India.

Salary: USD 81,515 - 95,900 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
•Experience supporting Global Trade, Supply Chain Finance, Banking Operations, or related financial services platforms.
•Knowledge of platforms including TPS / CGI Trade360, Trade Point, Tungsten / Kofax Total Agility (KTA/TTA), and IPF Hub.
•Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, Microsoft Copilot, AI or automation technologies, and cloud-based solutions.
•Experience supporting production environments, ticket management, incident resolution, or platform operations.
