Job Summary

Ensure integration, verification, validation and qualification (IVVQ) of naval electronic warfare systems on digital test benches and RF benches, and support preparation and deployments on frigates. Contribute to the IVVQ plan, execute test/analysis activities to meet cost, schedule and quality targets, provide activity reporting, propose innovative test/automation solutions, and support the Customer Support Service (CSS) to build team capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

•Participate in defining the IVVQ plan for the system.
•Execute IVVQ activities: validation planning, running tests, analysis, and providing project/client support to meet cost, schedule and quality commitments.
•Produce IVVQ-related activity reporting for overall program reporting.
•Propose innovative solutions to improve IVVQ throughput (test means, automation) and contribute to service activities.
•Support Customer Support Service (CSS) missions and help grow team skills.

Key Requirements

•Engineering degree or equivalent.
•5+ years of experience in systems engineering, ideally in electronic warfare.
•Experience in system integration or systems engineering on programs involving both software and hardware integrations.
•Knowledge of electronic warfare (desirable) and hyperfrequencies/analog & digital technologies (desirable).
•Comfort working in a defense/naval context and across multidisciplinary teams.
