Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide subject matter expert support on business risk, including identification, mitigation, governance, insights, and control activities across assigned verticals.
  • •Coordinate with stakeholders across Lines of Defense to support conduct risk governance and ensure governance committees meet the risk governance framework.
  • •Oversee governance of the Sales Outcomes Testing process across global sites, ensuring appropriate escalation and messaging via business forums.
  • •Guide first-line management on the Risk Management Framework by facilitating risk/control assessments and identifying weaknesses and issues.
  • •Drive operational effectiveness by maintaining high-quality risk data, producing metrics/dashboards/toolkits, and closing audit/regulatory actions on time.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong business risk management knowledge across RCA, control rating, issue/action management, internal/external event management, and data quality within risk/control frameworks.
  • •Experience delivering risk management activities in a global organisation, with exposure to resilience, cyber security, regulatory and/or operational risk preferred.
  • •Confident decision-making with the ability to make timely, well-judged calls under pressure.
  • •Strong analytical capability to interpret information and generate actionable insights.
  • •Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills across seniority levels, with strong written/verbal communication and Excel/PowerPoint skills.
