Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as primary point of contact for travel coordination, including advising travelers on travel options, fare types, and required approvals.
  • •Book and manage flights, lodging, and ground transportation; coordinate itineraries, schedule changes, and rebooking, including refunds/credits coordination.
  • •Process purchase requisitions, monitor inactivity or delays, identify stale requests, and redirect/escalate to ensure resolution.
  • •Monitor order and shipment statuses from placement through delivery; coordinate changes, cancellations, and amendments with suppliers and internal teams.
  • •Support invoice tracking by following up with suppliers, monitoring invoice status, and liaising to resolve missing/delayed invoices and expedite payment processing.

Key Requirements

  • •2-year diploma in an Administrative, Financial or Procurement field from a recognized college or institute.
  • •5+ years of demonstrated experience in the last 10 years in a related Administrative, Financial or Procurement field.
  • •Proven experience in travel coordination, supply chain operations, and order management.
  • •Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • •Proficiency with supply chain management or financial/accounting software, including SAP, and the MS Office Suite and Concur.
